Q: Hi I have an iPod touch 5g and I try to back it up on my computer it finishes the back up but it says the last back up is from a year ago, it does the same thing when I back it up on icloud

I also have the latest ipod software and itunes software. When I back it up on my ipod to icloud it says it will take 13hours

iPod touch, iOS 7.1
