Iphone 5s A1533 t-mobile libre de fabrica?

Buenos dias/noches! eh comprado un iphone 5s modelo A1533 de la compañia americana T-mobile desde el sitio web ebay, eh leido que ese modelo de la compañia ya mencionada viene desbloqueado de fabrica, pues mi problemas es que al ponerle mi sim telcel me aperece lo siguiente "la tarjeta sim que tiene instalada en este iphone es de un operador no admitido segun la politica de activacion asignada actualmente por el servidor de activacion... no se si se deva a que mi sim telcel era una sim normal y yo la recorte para que fuese una nanosim y que el sim sea antiguo? el sim fue comprado hace 2 años atras, aun funcionando actualmente para la compañia telcel, soy de ensenada b.c. mexico espero puedan ayudarme!!

No, this is not the case that the T-Mobile phone sold in the US is unlocked. The phone will only be unlocked if it was not activated using the T-Mobile sim card. If the phone has been activated using the T-Mobile sim card, then the phone will become locked to T-Mobile as you have now found to your cost. That should have been made clear to you and there is absolutely nothing that you can now do to use your phone with a local sim card in it.

If you want to get the phone unlocked, then you'll need to contact T-Mobile in the US to see if they will unlock it for you or better still, seek recompense through E-Bay where you purchased the phone - contact the seller of the phone or file a complaint via E-Bay and return the phone for a refund and start again by purchasing a phone that is truly unlocked.

Tendria que desbloquearlo por IMEI? Yo suponia que estaba desbloqueado porque cuando obtuve el telefono tenia puesto un sim de la compañia T-mobile el cual en vez de tomar señal (tmobile) tomaba señal de una operadora mexicana (movistar) y al ir a ajustes>operador<manual me aparecian varias compañias de aqui mexico disponibles para conectarme, lo cual me parecia bastante comun al pensar que estaba desbloqueado de fabrica.
