Feb 25, 2015 11:40 PM in response to AcesFanby mudcrab74,Hi, I had the same issue except my credit was in the German iTunes store and I needed to go back to the Australian store to restore apps on a new device. I had .09€ remaining. I rang iTunes support and they were able to remove the credit easily and stayed on the line to make sure the countries switched correctly and apps downloaded. Very easy and excellent service.

If you can't use up your store credit because your available credit is less than the price of a song, you can give me permission to remove the remaining balance. Just reply back to this email and let me know that you'd like to remove the remaining balance.
