How to book in a issue with wireless keyboard serial is not valid? dg72403056jdqywaz
Dear Apple ,
Please you system does not work to book in a replacement for my troubled BT keyboard .
I have made online tecnical support Logged with my apple ID , that concluded ... go in store to swap for a new keyboard .
No requirements where given in tech support for a visit or replacment - the tech stated the KB is at fault and covered..
Two separate visits to apple stores Bluewater UK where met with -
Visit one .. Where to busy .. I can sell you a new one.
Second visit , we need your mac serial number or other infos / related excuses avoidance of giving any support in store.
Thsi keyboard was sold separatly from any Mac or PC system , and is proved faulty by apples very helpfull online tec dept.

This issue has wasted many hours , and travel to and from apple stores , for a basic keyboard .
It is not of great value Retail of around £50 , it is the princple to have it replaced and service to the customer.
The online tec was faultless , however in store support is non exsistant and damright rude.
If this was a pair of Levis , it would have been replaced at the Checkout in any retail store without question.
There is a comuincation issue here between Apple's online tech support and shop Retail, and it needs to be addressed.
