Sim Card not found after update

Hi, my I Phone 4 doesn't connect to my Provider since the Update 7.1. It sais it could not find the sim card. What's the ******* problem! Please help!!!!

I also tried to restore it via I-Tunes but it still won't find the sim card. And i am pretty **** sure that it's not a hardware thing.
