Q: How to make a clean OS -Mavericks- installation

I need to make a clean installation of Mavericks in order to clean my HHD. Is it any way to create a hard copy of mavericks to do that?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Depends on your Mac. If it is one of the newest models, no.
If it is older, you can download the installer and create a USB installer: http://www.macworld.com/article/2056561/how-to-make-a-bootable-mavericks-install -drive.html

Or, just Boot into Recovery, use Disk Utility to erase the drive, then reinstall the OS:
