Reset cellular statistics no longer works in 7.1

Today was the day to reset my counters so I can make sure of my usage. On the Settings -> Cellular Data screen, near the bottom, is a reset statistics button. Clicking that does, well, nothing. I believe it used to reset the boxes that say "Current Period" usage. Also, all the apps still show usage.

Does anyone in iPad on 7.1 have this working?

Doh! You need to be logged into the carrier for the reset to work apparently.

It seems to be a display/update calculation problem in coding of the screen -- after navigating to "cellular data/reset statistics" and selecting the reset, leave that section of settings and then navigate back -- if your experience mirrors mine you'll see that the cellular usage statistics were indeed reset to zero, but not updated on the screen immediately.
