I broke my ipod screen yesterday, i'm not sure how it broke but the crack is like 1cm at the bottom and it bothers me. I'm afraid that if a drop it again it would break even more. I bought my ipod about 11 months and the warranty is still valid. Can i go get it exchange ?I'm really confused because some people say that we can get it exchange some not so i just need to know. Please hel me :'c

If you purchased the optional AppleCare+ extended warranty the Apple exchange price is $29. Otherwise the exchange price is $99 for 16 GB 5G and $149 for the other 5Gs, $199 for 64 GB 4G and $99 for the other 4Gs
But i bought it from futur shop and the lady didn't ask me for AppleCare+. So i have to pay 99$ if i want a new one ?
Yes, $99 if 16 GB 5G or 8, 16 or 32 GB 4G. Also you get a refurbished one, not a new one.
