https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5555279?answerId=24630578022#24630578022

The icon shows my mouse is connected, but it don't work at all.

When I open the preferences->bluetooth, it seems not respond. After 1min, show the bluetooth setting, but "Do Not Localize".

My device is Logtech M557.

To resolve the problem, I must restart or sleep 1 min. But it cannot resolve it completely. It may occur some time.

It's really a trouble! I bought it JUST 2 weeks ago!

Who knows the problem of software or hardware one?

May I send it to repair or how to fix it?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Hey,

I struggled with this for awhile. In system report it would say my bluetooth was working and then it wasn't and then it was. I put in a new bluetooth board and it's working awesomely ever since.
