how can I have whatsApp in my ipod touch 32GB?

I would like to know how to install whatsApp in my ipod touch 5G 32GB.

I do not have an smart phone just a regular mobile phone.

Is it possible to intall whatsApp in my Ipod?

No. It's only compatible with iPhones.
