How do I get my Siemens Tek to work on iPhone 4s

How do I connect mt Siemens Tek bluetooth hearing aids to the phone portion of the iPhone. Other phones auto answer when connected to bluetooth. I can't figure out how to do it with my iPhone. It's using 7.1 iOS .

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

Read the User's Guide for the hearing aides to find out how to put them in pairing mode, then pair them with the iPhone.
