So I restored my Ipod cause it would not boot up for a while then when it did and get into the activation screen and see my email address saying "This Ipod is currently linked to an apple ID account (my email), how can i gain access again even though i can not log in with my apple ID? Cause basically I spent $300 for a paper wait now T_T

Sounds like yo are running into the activation lock

You either have to
- Get the ID and password of the prvious owner and enter it
- Get the previous owner to:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
- Return for a refund
Otherwise y ohave an expensive, thin brick
I am the owner of the device, I tried to log in but it still won't let me use my login for signing into the device. just says i can not use my login email i used for my apple id :/ also i can not return it cause i do not have the receipt or live in the city i got it in cause i moved D: and i am in the middle of butt F no where lol
Unless this says a receipt is required you do not need one.

Are you sure you are using the Apple ID that was lasted used for Settings>iCloud on the iPod?

Incorrect apple ID "email address"cannot be used to unlock this Ipod. T_T
Icloud does not let me sign in cause its not even set up with my ipod :/
All I can suggest is to contact iTunes
Maybe i will just hoping i don't have to pay a sevice for it, which is not what i am going to do, i will probably just smash the thing xD It was a gift anyway from a ex-gf i had anyways and i dislike her 😝 so sending pictures of it smashed is a good way to show how much she broke my heart hehe
