im having much the same same problem except im trying to change my security questions but i can remember the answers i gave and my recue email address isnt functional anymore and i can't seemto find an email address for itunes support and it wont let me change the rescue email
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT or HOW TO CONTACT ITUNES BY EMAIL??????????????????????????????

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset - which is likely to be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.
