Mar 15, 2014 9:33 PM in response to lizdance40by hawaiianredhead,I use Siri on iPhone just fine. It hears me and responds. I am wondering why my iPad is not detecting that I am speaking.

Mar 15, 2014 11:36 PM in response to hawaiianredheadby bobseufert,Make sure Siri is turned on in settings> general> Siri. If Siri still doesn't work go to settings> general> restrictions and make sure no restrictions have been enabled. If still no Siri try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own. If still no Siri it's time for a trip to the Apple Store.

Mac OS XSo you believe your microphone is not working?
Do you have a case on it?
Have you tried plugging your earphones from your iPhone in and trying the microphone on those?
