I want to buy a i phone with US warrenty. But i live in india. i want to know there will be any problem like warranty,
downloading apps, update the phone,..? please infrome.

Yes, US iPhone warranty is only valid in the US.
The US warranty is valid only in the USA. You wont be able to get warranty service in India (or any other country) or ship the phone to Apple in the USA for service.
The LTE bands available for some USA model iPhone are not compatible with India carriers.
Is there any probleme to in buy other coutry i phone.
