Q: How do I find apple id based on serial number, I dont have any other option as of now. any help on this is great. Thanks.

You cannot find out an apple ID from a devices Serial #. It sounds as though you are encountering IOS 7's Activation lock, If that is the case, please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5818 which describes this feature, and what needs to be done to make the phone usable is described in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515

i have an apple icoud account  but i was using it on different phone but that phone has losted. now i have a different iphone 4s bt i cannot create the icould account it showing me that u have a maximum number of free account on this phone so what to do?????????????????????/

Use the same Apple ID and Password you used on your old phone.
