5s not synching with itunes 11 windows 7 64 bit

For some reason my 5s is not synching with itunes. I have literally tried everything!

When I connect my phone to my laptop and open itunes, nothing shows up. all the drivers are installed and i don't know what to do!...

Haven't synched my phone in over a month.

someone please help!

I can't even synch it with wifi and itunes.. i have no ideal as to what is going on!
