I can't buy more sounds in GarageBand

I can´t buy the extra sounds in GarageBand and i have enough money.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Have you seen this support document? Perhaps you still need to accept GarageBand to your Apple ID. See the link below:
