My iPad won't download apps
I have just tried to down load an app and I got the down load circle but nothing happened.
I pressed the home and on/off button and tried again, still nothing.

Are you having issues with one app, or several? I would first suggest restarting your iPad, and try to download a free app to see if the issue is specific to one app. Another troubleshooting step would be to re-download the app you purchased.
