the wifi on my iphone 4s has turned itself on and is grayed out and will not allow me to turn it on

How can I turn on the WIFI on my iPhone 4s when it has turned itself off and is grayed out giving me no way to slide the button?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
