I updated it, which was supposed to make it work better, but now it just doesn't work at all whereas before it worked perfectly. Very frustrating. It won't even let me put in new finger prints. I deleted all the ones that were in it to see if that would work, but it won't recognize when my finger is on to put in a new fingerprint. Any ideas?

So, you are saying that TouchID is not allowing you to register a new print, after you deleted them all?
Have you tried toggling it off, hard shutdown of the phone (press & hold power button, slide to off), restart, then turning it back on.
( For me personally TouchID has worked better since the update as far as recognizing my prints, it used to fail a lot more often )
I am having the same issue. Touch worked perfect till I updated today. Is there a fix.
