below timing with our local time in SA ... at 11 March 2014

@ 10:00PM my iphone5s 64GB lost , I was calling from my other mobile no one pick up , no screen passcode 😟

@ 10:10:PM log into icloud find my i phone , it is off line while is still ringing up , Data package is active on the device

@ 10:30 PM some one pick up saying I will never return your iphone back then switch off the iphone

@ 10:30 PM sending command Erase my iphone , status " pendding "

@ 11:00PM visiting local curriers provider to band the IMEI of my iphone from using the network ( I got the phone with contract of them )

@ 01:26AM local time Comfimration email from Apple says :

Iphone is being erased.
The erase of Iphone started at 11:29 AM on March 11, 2014. All media, data, and settings will be permanently erased.

2 Questions are here :

Q1: How I Make sure that my I phone has completly and successfully wiped out without interubtion of the thief , since no comfirmation email sent after wiping out process ?

Q2: Can apple band my iphone permanentely , so no one can use it ever by using my S/N or IMEI or unique device ID ?

FYI : My device containing very sensitive media and information related to work , i'm so much worry of misusing them by others .

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

I think the confirmation you received is the only one that is ever sent. That is the only one mentioned in: http://support.apple.com/kb/ph2701 I doubt that there is any way to interrupt the erase once started but you could contact Apple Support to see if they have more information on that.

Step 4 of http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5668 also recommends that you report the theft to law enforcement and to your wireless carrier. You mentioned the carrier but not law enforcement.

Since you had the proper options enabled (as evidenced by the fact that you were able to track it via iCloud) no one will be able to ever use it as it has been made unusable by Avtivation Lock and there is no known way to bypass that. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5818
