I was using FCPX the other day on Mavericks 10.9.2 and tried to export a movie and it wouldn't let me it does not even show an error message!
Is there an update to fix this as I'm using FCPX 10.0.0 and it seems a little out of date.
Also no updates are listed in the app store update list...

If you bought FCPX through the App Store, click on Updates. It should see the app on your system and present you with an Update button.

Unfortunately I didn't buy it though the app store I bought a hard copy from apple.
Then contact Apple if it was pre-installed.
