How do I get the "movie" interface on remote instead of the Apple TV interface

The following link https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/remote/id284417350?mt=8 shows various screenshots using remote app on iPhone. I can get the 5th screenshot as an interface (the Apple TV interface) but how do I get to the 4th interface while watching a movie (as shown in the "Brave" example)?
