Q: Recently had my IPAD upgraded to 7.0. Tried to purchase and was unable to. Any thoughts?

After upgrading, I tried to buy and rec'd message to seek help. I did not change my password, although I now have ICloud. Would that have mattered?

Changing password nor using iCloud should make any difference. If you got a message to contact iTunes Support then you can do so via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
