Safari (7.0.2) stopped working on my MacBook pro. It won't load any website, but Firefox works fine!
I have tried resetting safari, but it did not help me.
Just stops as shown below.
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), Safari 7.0.2
1. Power cycle
Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly.
It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
2. Turn off Extensions, if any
Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Restarting my mac worked. Although I do not understand why that was needed, my problem is solved and I'm happy.
