I cannot startup my mac in ios. It only startup in windows, but when i enter my password it says: the service User Profile Service prevent the register.
How can i start again in ios?

You are right it is ios x running. It is the version before maveric.
And it is windows 7
Try restarting holding down the Alt (Option) key until you see the choice of disks to startup from. Select Macintosh HD and see if will then boot into OS X.

It is not IOS X, it s OS X (on a Mac). Your specific version is Mountain Lion.
