Q: how come it wont let me do an in app purchase

how come it wont let me do an in app purchase

it gives me prompt saying that i have to find support at apple.com/support/itunes/ww

and it doesnt exactly tell me nything

i googled and stuff. and they say sign out and log back in and i tried it and doesnt work, even turn off phone and turn back on and sign out and sign back in, doesnt work, can you help me please

iPhone 5, iOS 7

Have you been to that link and contacted iTunes Support to ask them why you are getting the message ? If not then the direct link to the contact page is : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
