Menu will not appear after rebooting.
After reboot, the menu no longer shows up.
Only Computers and Settings icons appear.
Can anyone assist?

This indicates a Internet connectivity issue. Although you are the 3rd posting I've seen on this today so it may also be an issue with Apple's servers.
