I installed ios7.1 and now I cannot connect with Bluetooth or AirDrop also people can't see my phone in airdrop

What are you trying to connect to with BlueTooth? You cannot connect to other phones or to computers; BT on an iPhone is mostly for audio and hands-free devices. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647

Airdrop is also only between certain iPhone models, not between an iPhone and a computer. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5887
