How to fix iPad mini volume down button
My iPad mini retina from last Christmas has a problem. The volume down button seems to be stuck in some way and won't budge. Please help this is not a hardware and would like a support line number

Try a reset an see if that fixes the stuck volume issue.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
