Create and install a CD in my powerbook 1400 with OS 8.6

Hi everyone!

I just start Using again my powerbook 1400 from 97 and i Was looking for some games to play to reamember ole times and show them to my kids! But i realizad i have lost them all! So i look at the web and found this site to download them all:

I want to copy to a blank cd this game, I have my MacBook Pro with internet and I have the blank cds. This game it seems to be a "sit" file inside a "bin" file. Can anyone help me to do the step by step to burn the cd in the right way to then install it at my powerbook?

Extract DarkForces(1.2).sit with The Unarchiver which is available at Mac App store for free to DarkForces(1.2).img which is disk image file.

Then burn it on CD with Toast or Disk Utility or Finder.
