Can I do back-up/restore iPhone with someone else's computer?
Need to back-up & restore after unlock w iphone 4S. Can I do this on someone else's computer? Thanks in advance!

It is possible, but any media on the device will be "lost" until the device is synced with the computer it normally syncs with or redownloaded from iCloud.
Backups do not include media, apps, or contacts. Is it really worth losing all that information even temporarily just to unlock the device?
