Q: How can I retrieve my music from my pad

I pluged in my pad to Pc to upgrade latest version and my younger one unplugged the pc to iron his cloth got in later to re plugged it but from recovered mode to back up all my music imported fron cd all gone but got all in my wife iphone and mini pad

iDevices are not backup devices.
Restore the media from the backup of the computer if it is truly missing.

Is the media actually missing though?
