error 3194 ios 7

i have a new iphone 4 gsm installed ios 7.0 and i update to 7.1 from phone and entered to recovery mode i trying fix with umbrella and fixrecovery and recboot but stay in recovery itunes ver 11.5 i downloaded ios 4.1+4.3.3+5.1.1+6.1.1+7.0+7.0.2+7.0.4+7.1 but error 3194 i delete last line in host file and write it and stay error and the morning i installed itunes 10.5 and give me erorr 1604+1603 in 7.1 what"s problem i am veryyyyy sad and idont have shsh blob and i am not jailbreak in previous and i test 3 computers but error error
