Espacially when i make Finder into fullscreen or swape between desktop.. How can i fix it?? I tried to reset NVRAM and PRAM, but it could not help!!! Sounds like you might have a hard drive problem.

First go into System Preferences and make sure your OS X partition./drive is selected then click restart twice. If that doesn't fix the slow booting and running of OS X then use Disk Utility to verify the drive and repair it if needed.

If none of that helps then you probably have a hardware problem.
