Can i buy an itunes card from other country i bought my devices?
i bought my ipad at Mexico and I'm at Spian now for 5 months. i wanna know if i can use an i tunes card from spain to my account to buy an app.

You have to have an account in a country in order to buy from that country. Typically that involves needing a credit card in that country that is registered to a physical address in that country. At the very least, you will need to create an account in Spain. I honestly don't know if you can do that without a credit card.
