I ordered a product - it showed no low resolution warnings - but the photographs are a total blur!

I created a collage of photographs onto A4 for my daughter's wedding - I did not resize any of the photographs and got no low reolution warning - so ordered the prints - they are so grainy that you cannot distinguish any people let alone their features. How do I get a refund?
