"Find My iphone" function keeps turning off on my iphone 4s

"Find My iphone" function keeps turning off on my iphone 4s. I need to keep checking back on my icloud in setting repeatedly to make sure its on because i usually find it turned off automatically. Is there another solution to keep it on?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
