How to make started drafts and flags appear across multiple users view within a single email account

Hello,

I currently have a email address that is used by a few of us at our company. We all send and review emails from this account. When I compose an email and save it as a draft, I would like others to be able to see it.

We also use the flag system. Currently, I am only able to see the emails that I mark at flags but, would like to see what other users mark as flags too. How can I change settings so that occurs?
