Download of app never finishes to Downloaded

Download of app never finishes to Downloaded

Here I created a screen recording of the problem I am experiencing, and I asked my friends too, they see the same issue,

When I try to download a Free app, it shows that it's being downloaded, but the download never finishes, the Free button remains Free, you can click on it to download again, and it never turns into "Downloaded"

Anyone else having the same problem?

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

First thing you would want to do is see if the download was interrupted. The following Knowledge Base article offers the directions to follow for that:
