itunes cant connect to itunes store etc

Hi i'm new to apple and my ist iphone. i hae tried to download itunes and icloud but they arent working. Icloud says it cant connect to servre due to error - but when i check the website ther is no errors.


Itunes once started up says ''the registry settings used by the itunes driers for importing and burning cds and dvds are missing. this can happen as a result of installing other cd burning software. please reinstall itunes.'' but i have deleted and reinstalled itunes roughly 5 times now! also i have deleted eveything i can think of cd/dd bunre wise.


also it comes up ''itunes could not connect to the itunes store. an unknown error occured (0x80090318)



any help gateful
