I've lost my iphone, it has iCloud back up, how can I get the data restored and on to my laptop without a new iphone

I've lost my iPhone and have not got the finances to buy a new one, investigating insurance options but only 6 months left on contract so may not bother, however I want to get all my info off iCloud but can't work out how to get it, I'm not very computer savvy to be honest.
