I have this popping up on my updates as a FREE upgrade. But now it is asking for my billing information. so is this not a free upgrade?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

It is free. Apple requires a card to be linked to your Apple ID when using the App Store. I believe there is a way around this, but I don't know how to do it.
