How do I delete facetime, facebook,twitter from my iphone. I do not want stuff on my phone taking up memory if i'm not going to use it

Twitter and Facebook can be deleted by Clicking and holding on the icon and clicking the X in the top left corner but Facetime is an Apple app and therefore cannot be deleted.
From the home screen, tap and hold the app icon until the icons begin to wiggle, then tap the X. Other than having dedicated areas in Settings to facilitate security and app integration, they are just like any other app.
As pointed out below, my directions apply to FaceBook and Twitter. FaceTime, as with a number of built in apps, cannot be deleted. It is part of iOS.

How do I delete facetime from my phone I allready have it turned off I just don't want something on my phone taking up memory if i'm not going to use it I also wish to remove facebook,twitter. Thank you for any help in this matter
