Is it possible to rent a MacBook?

Is it possible to rent a MacBook Air (or any MacBook) for, say, a week? I'm taking a trip for a few days to see a friend and I want to be able to show her some work that I've done in the past on my iMac incase I might be able to help her with anything for her upcoming wedding. I don't have the money right now to buy any type of MacBook (though I'd love to!) so I figured renting one would be the next easiest way to go. Any suggestions????
