You are looking for the hidden section on your computer's iTunes ? If you don't have any hidden purchases then that section won't show on your account :
Is the app that you wanting to redownload still available in your country's store, you are using the same iTunes account, and you haven't changed countries since buying it ?
Thx i changed my my country store and i dont now can ichang store and still save my purchases
As well as being tied to the account that downloaded them, all content is also tied to the country that is was downloaded in - so unless you return to the country where you bought them, and you have a billing address in that country on your account, then you won't be able to potentially redownload them. Do you not have copies of all of your downloads on your backup of your library ?
