Conform from 50fps to 25fps with cinema tools canon 6D

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I hope you can help me with this problem.

I have bought the new canon 6D and I was shooting on 50fps to obtain the slow motion effect trough cinema tools by conformed the clips to 25fps. But it doesn't work. The clip still have the same speed as the original one and it saved in the skipped folder and not in the conformed 25.0 one, as usual.

That was not a problem with my old canon 550D.

Do you know which is the problem? And how I could resolve it?
