FACETIME INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION PROBLEMS

Helllo Everyone in the DIscussions,

I have the latest facetime so my question is when i try to chat with my cousin international i call to his mac via my mac,

so it is email to email facetime, when i call him the call rings but he never gets the call, and when he calls me it rings on his computer and i never got any call

so why is this happening, i have 10.9.2 mavricks macbook pro retina 13" and he has a macbook pro 2013

i used to chat with him when i had 2006 macbook pro and it worked perfectly fine but now i have a latest macbook and it does not work it is really frustrating
