and now I cannot turn it off. Is there something I can do or do I need to take it to Apple store or to my provider.

Try going to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch ON, and use the on-screen power button to turn off the phone.
All the type is huge - it won't do anything - I was trying to turn it off to reset. Just have large type and when I try to turn it off it is black screen with large cancel button. Cannot access anything.
Might have been worth mentioning in your first post.
Try double tapping the screen with three fingers and see if it zooms back out.

I droped some sea water on my iphone 6. Now I cannot turn it on, can I fix it or I have to change the phone ?
If you got sea water on the device you should keep it off and put it into a bag of uncooked rice for 5-7 days. After that, you can try and charge it and see if it will work. More than likely not, but if you have been trying to turn it on and/or trying to charge it, you have probably ruined it. You can make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store and arrange for an out of warranty replacement. Water damage is not covered by warranty.
